This project redefined the functionality of the open dining room area by transforming it into a private bedroom. New walls were constructed to enclose the space, enhancing both privacy and the overall layout of the home. A custom-built corner closet was added, maximizing storage while seamlessly integrating into the room’s design.
Lighting upgrades were completed to improve functionality, consolidating control from two separate switches into a single switch conveniently located inside the new bedroom. To elevate the room’s aesthetic and accessibility, elegant French doors were installed, adding a touch of sophistication while maintaining an open, airy feel. The result is a beautifully designed space that perfectly complements the adjoining mudroom, blending practicality with refined style.
