- Framing & Drywall: Frame walls in the third section and install drywall throughout.
- Doors: Install two closet doors (single and double bi-fold) and a double sliding barn door.
- Finishes: Complete stair finishing, paint, and install ~1770 SQ FT of LVP flooring (LA02) with baseboards.
- Cabinetry: Assemble and install custom cabinetry, including a wine rack and wine glass holder.
- Plumbing: Extend water lines, connect sink plumbing, and install drain lines utilizing the existing pump.
- Electrical: Install up to 16 recessed lights and connect new electrical lines to the circuit breaker.
- Final Touches: Install steel gray leathered granite countertops and leathered cabinetry hardware.
