Need Some Help?

Need some help deciding? Or are you ready to start your project? Our professional team can help you start your journey.

At Design & Remodel Brothers, we believe remodeling should be exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we’ve built a process that’s clear, simple, and stress-free for homeowners in Woodstock and across Metro Atlanta.

Here’s what you can expect when you work with us — short, sweet, and straight to the point.

Step 1: Share Your Project

Whether you walk into our showroom or contact us online, the process starts with learning about your goals and vision.

Step 2: Showroom Appointment

We schedule a visit to our Woodstock showroom, where you’ll see the materials we work with and explore design inspiration.

Step 3: Material Selection

Choose from cabinetry, countertops, backsplash options, decorative hardware, and more — all tailored to your project needs.

Step 4: Field Measure & Photos

Our team visits your space to measure, take photos, and gather details to ensure accuracy.

Step 5: Budget Review

We prepare an estimate, breaking it down into Deluxe, Mid-Upper, and Basic ranges so you have full visibility on options.

Step 6: Pricing Approval

  • First green light: You approve the estimate.
  • If adjustments are needed, we revise based on material changes.
  • Second green light: You approve the final pricing.

Step 7: Design Presentation

At our showroom, we present your design and review all material options in person.

Step 8: Refinement & Estimates

You’ll receive detailed estimates. If needed, adjustments can be made to balance budget, design, and functionality.

Step 9: Team Meeting

Our team aligns on the final scope of work, materials, design, estimates, and build-out timeline.

Step 10: First Deposit & Scheduling

Once you’re ready to move forward, we collect a deposit (typically covering materials). Then, we send you a clear project schedule.

Step 11: Materials & Ordering

Your chosen materials are ordered and prepared for installation.

Step 12: Installation & Payments

  • Products are delivered to your home.
  • Installation begins according to the timeline.
  • Payment is collected at installation, followed by a walkthrough.

Step 13: Project Completion

If your project has multiple phases, we loop back to ensure every detail is finished to your satisfaction.

Step 14: Final Walkthrough

We review your dream space together, making sure everything meets expectations.

Step 15: Post-Project Care

  • Final payment is made.
  • We provide professional post-construction cleaning.
  • Our team captures “after” photos so you can show off your new space.

Step 16: Enjoy Your Dream Space!

The best part? Finally relaxing and enjoying your beautifully remodeled kitchen, bathroom, or living space — crafted just for you by the Bros.

Why Our Process Works

Our approach is transparent, organized, and homeowner-friendly. From day one to final walkthrough, you’ll always know what’s happening and what comes next.
